No, it's not Bill Parcells. As F said, it's maguro no kama, Tuna Spare-rib. You didn't know tunas had a spare rib, now did you? It's the one fish bone I'm not afraid of, cause it's so darn big.
What kills me is that this is the person who when he was younger #1) would not eat a casserole because he didn't like food all jumbled up and #2) would have a hissy fit if one food item leaked over onto another on his plate.
Now he eats anything.
Actually, Mr. Tuna Rib looks a good deal more appetizing than the frozen Gorton's fish sticks I had for dinner. They were 2/3 batter and 1/4 fat and 10% formed fish patty. (You do the math.) Save some tuna ribs for me!!yomama
It isn't maguro no kama... Kama in Japanese means its head. Fish lib is a part of 'Ara'. But I don't know if we call this tuna lib as 'Maguro no Ara' because this one is too big to be called as 'Ara'.....
