I've been offered a job for a year, with a new research lab, in part of town I've never lived in before... it's exciting!

The last food photo shows leaves of cabbage with a bowl of ginger and soy paste sauce!
Now for the important questions: Lance, who are you working for? What work are you doing? What is the part of town [one assumes, Tokyo?] where you now live? And what is the REAL reason you returned to Japan?!
