I've been offered a job for a year, with a new research lab, in part of town I've never lived in before... it's exciting!

... am I the only one who wonders..?

 

This lady had a video camera set up, pointing towards the only entrance to the Tokyo Regional Immigration Bureau, where visa & foreigner permits are issued. ... Does anyone else find this strange and disturbing?
